La  revue  Maghrébine Management des hommes et des organisations, à comité de lecture national et international, privilégie les contributions originales, innovantes, qui reflètent les avancées scientifiques récentes dans le cadre des recherches conceptuelles et empiriques permettant ainsi de mettre en valeur les résultats des travaux, et de soumettre à la critique les réflexions et recherches en économie et gestion. Elle est ainsi ouverte pour recevoir les études et travaux de recherches émanant de tous les chercheurs du monde entiers qui présentent leurs travaux dans l’une des trois langues : Anglaise, Arabe et Française.

La revue est ouverte aux contributions  scientifiques respectant les lignes éditoriales de la  revue  ainsi  que  les  normes  d’éthique  et  de déontologie  académique  universellement reconnues. Les  obligations des auteurs envers l’éthique de la recherche sont mentionnées dans le copyright.

Les opinions exprimées dans les   articles n’engagent que leurs auteurs.

Les auteurs acceptent de ne pas  soumettre simultanément leurs textes à d’autres revues.

 

Procédure de sélection et d’évaluation des articles :

Après réception de l’article, le (s) auteur (s) recevra un accusé de réception ;

  1. Le comité éditorial procédera à l’examen attentif de l’article par rapport à la conformité avec la  ligne  éditoriale  de  la  revue  ainsi  que  de  son  originalité.  L’article  pourra  être refusé s’il ne fait pas partie des domaines couverts par la revue ou ne correspond pas à la forme exigée par la revue.
  2. Une fois le comité éditorial accepte l’évaluation de l’article, il sera soumis à l’expertise par deux experts anonymes où l’identité de l’auteur ne sera pas connue.
  1. L’évaluation de  l’article  repose  sur  les  critères  suivants :  la  conformité  avec  la  ligne éditoriale de la revue et l’originalité du contenu de l’article.
  2. La durée de l’évaluation ne devra pas dépasser trois mois; en cas de non réponse par l’un ou les deux évaluateurs, l’éditeur en chef pourra désigner d’autres évaluateurs selon les même critères cités précédemment ; 
  1. Dans le cas où les deux évaluateurs émettent un avis positif de l’article sans aucune réserve, l’article sera publié. Dans le cas où l’un des évaluateurs accepte la publication de l’article et l’autre met  des réservés. L’auteur doit procéder à la levée des réserves, sinon l’article ne sera pas publié.
  2. Par contre, si l’un des évaluateurs émet un avis négatif ; la publication de l’article (faute d’originalité,  rigueur scientifique…), l’éditeur en chef désignera un troisième évaluateur selon  les  mêmes  critères  que  précédemment.  La  décision  de  publication  de  l’article dépendra de l’avis du troisième évaluateur ;
  3. L’auteur de  l’article  sera  informé  dans  un  délai  ne  dépassant  pas  un  mois  de  la  suite réservée à son article (publication ou non publication) ;
  4. L’auteur suivra tout le processus  l’évaluation  de son article sur la plateforme de l’ASJP. 
  1. Afin d’éviter tout conflit d’intérêt, le secrétariat de la revue assure la coordination entre les auteurs, les évaluateurs et le comité de rédaction. 
  1. A la fin, dans le cas d’acceptation de publication de l’article, l’auteur s’engage à signer le document : Copyright.
